Assessments: The My Pedagogue tabbed interface is the main user navigation of the system. Students can see required testing assignments, exam status and review completed exams. Managers can view results from their direct reports, sorting their employees by name or by assignment, in addition to seeing their own required and completed assignments.

My Pedagogue is a picture of simplicity. Flooding the browser window, questions are presented one at a time with intuitive controls to aid in navigating through the exam. Tests are presented according to settings selected by the test author.

Authoring: Pedagogue authors develop pools of questions stored within user-defined topics. Tests are assembled by selecting questions from relevant topic categories and by setting parameters determining how the test is presented.

Reporting: The web-based reporting tool allows complete flexibility in how a report is structured. Those given access to the reporting function can generate reports based on users, exam names, dates, topics, specific groupings, and a whole range of parameters and limiters. In addition, statistical analysis can be performed on each individual question.

Administration: The powerful administrative program allows definition of roles and the assignment of multiple levels of access and rights.

Students can be imported directly from a simple spreadsheet or fed from an LMS or HR system to automate the process. Students can be aggregated into groups and tests into sets. A powerful assignment mechanism permits complete flexibility in associating student groups and test sets.
