On November 15, Pedagogue Solutions exhibited at the Second Annual Mid-NJ ASTD Technology Showcase. At the same meeting Gregory Sapnar, Associate Director, Metrics and Certification, Global Learning and Development, Bristol-Myers Squibb, spoke on “The Value of Test Validation.”

Steven Just presented at the Philly ASTD E-Learning SIG Event on July 19. The topic was "The Critical Component: Assessment."

Steven Just and Gregory Sapnar, Associate Director of Metrics and Adaptation in the Learning and Development Group at Bristol-Myers Squibb, co-presented a workshop on Designing a Sales Representative Certification Program Through Validated Measurement & Comprehensive Assessment during the 2007 SPBT Conference.

Joe Sabin, Shabnam M. Irfani and Bridget Siebenson, Ortho-McNeil Janssen Pharmaceutical Services gave a workshop on Creative Usage of Assessments with New and Tenured Representatives, at the SPBT Conference.

On February 26 Steven Just was a (virtual) guest lecturer in Dr. Celina Byers’ graduate class on Evaluating Blended and eLearning Initiatives, at Bloomsburg University. He spoke on creating and validating Level 2 (Knowledge-based) Assessments.

in Test Validation to 15 Instructional Designers at Bristol-Myers Squibb Learning and Development on February 12th.

Steven B. Just delivered his presentation on Best Practices in Test Validation to 12 members of the Clinical Trainers Network at the winter meeting on February 9th.

Steven B. Just delivered a webinar on Best Practices in Test Validation to 26 Bristol-Myers Squibb trainers from throughout the organization on February 2nd.

Steven B. Just delivered a half-day workshop on Best Practices in Test Validation to sales trainers at Genentech on December 14th. This workshop is an expanded version of the one hour presentation that Dr. Just has been delivering for several years. It includes hands-on exercises and a more in-depth treatment of key validation topics.
