PedagogueDirect® Enters Fifth Year of Operation

It’s hard for us to believe, but this past month our outsourced testing service, PedagogueDirect, entered its fifth year of operation. Originally called ExamsDirect® and re-branded as PedagogueDirect a few months later, it started with a single client in November 2003. At that time, our product, the Pedagogue® Assessment Management System, had been on the market for nearly 13 years and was already used by dozens of companies, but widespread access to the Internet and the movement towards business process and technology outsourcing made the time ripe for an outsourced testing model.

Today, approximately 75% of our clients use PedagogueDirect and the other 25% license the software and run it behind their own firewalls. During those last two months of 2003 we delivered 15 tests. Today, we deliver hundreds of thousands of tests a year in 17 languages to nearly 60 countries. With the imminent release of Version 9 and its exciting new features we are looking forward to continuing to provide the best testing products and services to our clients in the coming years.
